Everyone has the ability to create their own reality! What is now described as ‘The Law of Attraction’ (LOA), the Buddhist and Christian writings on this concept stem as far back as 391 BC in which the famous Greek philosopher Plato noted that “likes tend towards likes”. It is a phenomenon which states that positive thoughts bring positive results, while negative thoughts bring negative outcomes. It is built on the belief that thoughts are a form of energy and it is positive energy that attracts success in all aspects of life, including happiness, health, wealth, and healthy relationships. For those lucky enough to know about the LOA and practice its teachings, consume its benefits on a daily basis. Some may have heard of the LOA, however, many lack the knowledge and understanding to practice it effectively or have no faith in its veracity. With todays increased awareness of mental health concerns and negative attitudes, the LOA could benefit those most vulnerable in order to focus on positive energy and thoughts.
